The Solar Water Heater uses the energy from the sun without consuming gas, wood or electricity, saving up to 75% of the energy consumption.

How is a Solar Heater?
A Solar Water Heater consists in three main parts: A modern glass vacuum tubes system where the water circulates, the thermosiphon that stores the hot water, and the stainless steel support structure.

How does it work?
The key component of our heaters are the high technology glass vacuum tubes that not only absorb the sun's rays (direct solar radiation), but also absorb heat from the environment even on cloudy days (diffuse solar radiation).


The hot water is lighter than the cold water; therefore, the hot water circulates by a natural convection from the tubes to the thermosiphon, without the necessity of pumping equipment.

The thermosiphon (200 litters) is covered by a polyurethane thermal insulator high pressure injected that allows the caloric energy transfer, in a temperature range between 45ºC/95ºC.

Where can we use it?
From simple systems for domestic use in houses, personal cleanliness and domestic tasks; to complex systems for institutional use, heaters for large volume hot water that can be used in industrial processes, hotels, laundries, hospitals, restaurants, buildings, etc.

What are its advantages?
High technology products, “superconductors technology”, the vacuum tube is a glass cylinder with two coaxial layers, unbreakable. Reflecting surfaces increase the yield and have freezing resistance.
Simple installation: Ready to connect to the cold and hot water pipes of its water system.
Vacuum Tubes Solar Collector, working below solar radiation levels, on cloudy days. It resists low temperatures ( -50ºC ).
200 litters water tank . It can store and conserve water at 95ºC (max.) on summer and 70ºC (max.) on winter. Its capacity can be 400 litters if the used temperature is 45ºC .
The tank works at the same pressure level of your domestic water supply system and is protected against corrosion.
The system works without a water pump and doesn't need electricity.
Our solar heaters can be used on inclined or non inclined roofs, terraces, or on ground.
Minimum maintenance.

SOLAR HEATER COMPONENTS

1 High efficiency vacuum pipes with superconductors technology.

2 Water tank's outer cylinder: It's made of SUS3040 stainless steel made in Japan .

3 Internal water tank: It's made of SUS304-2B stainless steel plate with 0,5mm thickness, the seam welding is located on the tank's top.

4 Insulating material: High density polyurethane with 5cm thickness, imported from Japan , high pressure injected and temperature treatment.

5 Structure of the tank: It's made with a galvanized steel with great thickness, pressure molded. It has treatment of corrosion resistance and blocks UV rays.

 
VACUUM TUBES
  • The key component of our heaters are the high technology glass vacuum tubes that not only absorb the sun's rays (direct solar radiation), but also absorb heat from the environment and even on cloudy days (diffuse solar radiation).
  • Each vacuum tube consists of two glass tubes. The outer tube is made of extremely strong transparent borosilicate glass, that is able to resist impact from hail up to 25mm in diameter. The inner tube is also made of borosilicate glass, but coated with a special selective coating (Al-N/Al) which features excellent solar heat absorption and minimal heat reflection properties.
  • With the vacuum tube is possible the average temperature reaches 45°/95°C. The system provides enough hot water considering usually the water temperature in a bath is between 32°/43°C.
  • Under normal conditions the system doesn't require maintenance.
